I've been meaning to e-mail you guys ever since you rescued me from my flooded basement! I guess it really hit me after we got some rain this week - and for the first time in a VERY long time, my basement was dry as a bone! I took your advice and purchased a dehumidifier too - got a great deal online and it's working great. It's really difficult to put into words the relief I feel, knowing that if it rains, I won't spend time wet-vacuuming or cleaning up a huge mess. I was also really impressed by not only your expertise and creativity in coming up with the best solution for my basement, but you took the extra time and energy to make the place look even cleaner than it was prior to the flood!
